Passenger reviews are published after moderation. On average, this process takes about two weeks. We greatly value honest feedback and publish all reviews from our guests, except those that contain personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, or links to other websites. You can cancel your transfer booking through the confirmation email you received when making your reservation. Please note that there is a cancellation link at the very end of the email. We would like to remind you that canceling your order is free of charge. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we kindly ask you to cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance, allowing the driver the opportunity to accept another booking. After canceling your transfer, you can book a new transfer for a different date.
